Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at no cost before your makeup products enter production or are shipped out. Once the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, order cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
Return Eligibility & Time Limit
Returns are available for all Pickfetch cosmetic and skincare products. You must submit a return request via our online customer service within 30 calendar days after you receive the parcel.
Return Requirements
- All returned items must be unopened, unused and unswatched, with original packaging complete and free of scratches, stains or damage.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, liquid makeup, cream skincare items, face masks and lip glosses are non‑returnable once opened.
- A valid order confirmation or purchase proof is required when submitting your return application.
- Do not ship returned goods directly to our raw material manufacturer. Please send items to the designated return warehouse address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Cost
You are responsible for the one‑way return shipping fee. No restocking fees will be charged for all eligible returns of beauty products.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will send an in‑site notification to update you on receipt status. We will approve or decline your refund application within 3 business days after inspection. If approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment account (credit card, PayPal or other payment methods). Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider’s processing schedule and typically take 3–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please follow these steps:
- Check your payment account balance and transaction history.
- Contact your card issuer or payment platform to check the refund processing status.
- Reach out to our online customer service so we can trace your refund record.
